Role and Responsibilities:
- Product and Investment Knowledge: Become proficient in Client Real Estate’s global funds and investments.
- Portfolio Insights: Source, summarize, and disseminate real-time information across the global portfolio; work in partnership with regional Portfolio Management counterparts in Europe and Asia as well as the Portfolio Management and Asset Management teams in the U.S.
- Internal Reporting: Support senior leadership preparation for internal meetings, ad-hoc requests, and strategy support.
- Special Projects: Participation in and execution of global special projects relating to portfolio information and strategy/positioning of the Real Estate business.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Master’s degree – Major in Finance from a reputed university.
- Understanding of Real Estate / Private Equity business.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, fluid environment.
- Knowledge of advanced Excel and other MS Office applications is also a must.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment handling multiple deadlines.
- Acute focus on attention to detail, accuracy, and data validation.
- Effective communication skills (listening, verbal, and written)
