Role and Responsibilities:
- Expertise in the AudioCodes product portfolio, including VoIP networking, Session Border Controllers, and IP Phones.
- In-depth experience with the Microsoft Teams Phone Systems platform, including both Operator Connect and Direct Routing.
- Advanced understanding of Network Infrastructure as pertains to Unified Communications, with proficiency in network protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP, SSL, SIP, RTP/RTCP) and experience with firewall and NAT configurations.
- Proven experience designing, installing, and maintaining UC platforms and Telecommunications systems.
- Certification in Microsoft Teams/Audiocodes and any PBX systems is a plus.
- Experience managing and troubleshooting a UC environment using monitoring toolsets.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to consider and act upon multiple potential solutions swiftly and effectively.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Good experience in Unified Communication and/ or MS Teams Collaboration Engineering role or similar.
