Roles and Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve their issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information on products/ services offered by the company to customers.
- Identify opportunities to upsell/ cross-sell relevant products/ services based on customer needs.
- Maintain records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 0-3 years of experience in BPO voice process, international call center environment, or similar industry.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and analytical thinking abilities.
