Roles and Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, or chats with a focus on resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Provide excellent communication skills in English to effectively address customer concerns.
- Work in an international BPO environment with exposure to diverse cultures and time zones.
- Participate in blended processes where you will be required to work on both inbound voice processes and non-voice tasks (email/chat).
- Meet performance targets set by the company for quality assurance metrics such as AHT, Shrinkage, Attrition, etc.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 0-3 years of experience in customer service or related field.
- Excellent communication skills in English language proficiency.
- Ability to work flexible shifts including rotational shifts (24×7).
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and analytical thinking.
