Role and Responsibilities:

- Perform Quality checks for the number of samples agreed with agreed TAT.
- Timely resolution of client queries.
- Highlight any key exceptions or severe alerts.
- Drive Continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure that the QA process meets the ISO Compliance.
- Attend Training as per the BPET roadmap for self-development.
- Ensure completion of the Internal and External Calibration sessionsCompetencies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- B.COM/M.COM.
