- Handling customer calls pertaining to Insurance queries on Claims, Underwriting, Recoveries, and Collections.
- Understanding customer queries and providing resolutions as per the process guidelines.
- Insurance knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 1 yr BPO / Non BPO Exp.
