Role and Responsibilities:
- Develop, review, and administer procedures to inspect and report quality issues.
- Establish and measure KPIs to monitor all HR operations that affect quality standards.
- Maintain records of quality control reports, audit results, and statistical reviews.
- Ensure our internal HR operations meet all legal guidelines and standards.
- Participate in quality control testing and communicate parameters to the QA team.
- Review client, customer, and employee feedback to improve Quality.
- Conduct regular audits of HR process activities to identify areas for improvement.
Required Skills and Qualification:
- Understanding of HR processes and experience managing similar processes for US clients.
- 12 – 24 months of experience in an HR Process Quality role.
- Familiarity with QC standards and best practices.
- Knowledge of best HR practices.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and process-driven.
- Excellent reporting and good project management skills.
- Graduate (Any Stream).
