Role and Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation and configuration of Pendo within our product ecosystem.
- Collect and analyze product usage data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Utilize statistical methods to interpret complex data sets and extract meaningful insights.
- Conduct in-depth analyses of user interactions with our products to understand user behavior, preferences, and pain points.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather user feedback and incorporate it into the analysis.
- Monitor product feature adoption and usage metrics and proactively identify areas of underutilization and recommend strategies for improvement.
- Generate reports and dashboards on a regular cadence that effectively communicate key performance indicators related to product usage.
- Present findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
- Work closely with the product development team to assess the impact of new features and updates on user engagement and satisfaction.
- Provide recommendations for product improvements based on data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and engineers, to align on goals and drive data-informed decision-making.
- Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating data insights into actionable recommendations.
Required Skills and Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.
- Proficiency in Pendo and other relevant analytics tools.
- Proven experience in data analysis, preferably in a product analytics role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, or R.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Familiarity with product management processes and principles.
