Role and Responsibilities:
- Zeta is in agreement with HDFC Bank to launch a credit card on the Zeta Platform. Zeta team would manage the credit card operations on behalf of HDFC Bank.
- We are looking for candidates who have relevant experience and are ready to work in a challenging and ever-evolving environment.
- Handing dispute and fraud cases regularly.
- Settlement and reconciliation on credit card transactions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Keep customer needs at the forefront of priorities and take relevant action.
- MS Excel / Google sheet knowledge would be preferred.
- Graduate with 1 to 3 years of experience in Operations / Servicing.
- Relevant experience in the Fintech/Banking domain, more specifically in credit card operations.
