Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 1+ year of experience in B2C, B2B2C design, good visual design skills & love for modern SaaS.
- Portfolio showcasing strong interaction design skills and understanding of UX principles, experience building UI foundations, components, and patterns, and projects showcasing wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Ability to understand user needs, motivations, and behaviors and translate them into design rationale and communicate them effectively.
- Strong grasp of visual basics and interaction design principles, meticulous attention to detail, and an unwavering commitment to quality.
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Positive, collaborative attitude, fostering close partnerships with peers, partners, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality, consistent deliverables throughout the design process.
