Role and Responsibilities:
- You will be looking for a place to begin your career in technical training and certification.
- You will have a strong background in Education, English, and/or Psychology along with a passion for learning how that complements technology education in the professional world.
- You will benefit from learning the business of technical training and certification, cloud security, digital transformation, Zero Trust, and Zscaler’s cloud-native platform.
- You will support certification operations by responding to candidate inquiries via various channels including email, Slack, and Zscaler Community.
- You will develop and implement processes to improve both internal efficiencies and external user experience.
- You will provide support in program content development and editorial reviews, including but not limited to candidate guides, program and/or marketing collateral, and events planning.
- You will interact with certification vendors to resolve candidate issues, as needed.
- You will support the Zscaler Certification Program through ad-hoc tasks, as appropriate.
- You will serve as one of our team’s global ambassadors for Zscaler Certification.
Required Skills and Qualification:

- Ability to work remotely and independently manage tasks.
