Role and Responsibilities:
- We are looking for a Trainee/Intern HR Executive for a 1 month internship project to execute HR’s Return to Office Project. This will be a paid internship where the Intern will be responsible for.
- Employee Relations: Address employee concerns during the return to office and provide guidance and resolution. Foster a positive working environment and employee engagement.
- Employee Engagement: Implement programs to enhance employee morale and satisfaction.
- Coordinate social events and activities to promote a positive workplace culture.
- Training and Development: Plan and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Policy Implementation: Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations. Communicate policies to employees and enforce them consistently.
- HRIS Management: Utilize Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) to manage employee data, track metrics, and generate reports. Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the HRIS.
