- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of quality assessments, highlighting key trends and areas for improvement.
- Compliance Assurance: Ensure adherence to organizational policies, scripts, and regulatory requirements during telecalling activities.
- Training Support: Collaborate with training teams to identify skill gaps and contribute to the development of training programs for telecallers.
- Data Analysis: Analyze performance data to identify patterns, trends, and areas for improvement in telecalling operations.
- Process Improvement: Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness of telecalling activities.
