Role and Responsibilities:
- Contacting potential customers from offline society leads and following up on their interest to purchase the EV.
- In case any customer requesting for a visit to the dealership, inform the respective DSM to assist and follow-up once the first visit to the dealership is done by the DSM.
- Ev customer data shall be provided separately for which the sale of EV chargers is to be done.
- Enter and update customer information in the database.
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
Required Skills and Qualification:
- At least 1 year of experience ideally in TeleSales (B2C).
- Proven experience as a telesales representative or other sales/customer service role.
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone.
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems.
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
- Excellent knowledge of English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
