Roles & Responsibilities:
- Outlook configuration, and other basic software installation and configuration, etc.
- Hands-on experience with any one of the following OS environments: Windows 10/11/Linux/macOS
- Ability to assemble, install, and troubleshoot issues related to computer hardware and peripherals.
- Should have hands-on experience with Office365 basic knowledge.
- Network fundamentals like OSI layer, Port Numbers.
- Knowledge of Antivirus, printers & scanner-related issues.
- Troubleshoot software/Hardware and basic network errors.
- Maintain technical documentation in association with other functional departments.
- Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal.
- Willing to learn new skills and Technology.
