Job Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for documenting, implementing and updating organizational Integrated HSEMS policy, process and procedures.
- Coordinate with various functions for implementation of HSE policies.
- Conduct HSE training & awareness sessions.
- Responsible for monitoring and reporting HSE performance.
- Ensure periodic team meetings for review of incidents, progress on initiatives and planning improvements.
- Identify, monitor and ensure adherence to compliance obligations related to HSE.
- Review and update management plans.
- Ensure incidents are captured, analyzed and corrective actions taken.
- Assist during audits and follow up for implementation and closure of correction and corrective actions.
- Ensure effective root cause analysis of non-conformances and implementation of appropriate measures for mitigation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering / equivalent degree.
- Thorough knowledge of the HSE policy and procedures.
- Minimum 1-4 years’ relevant work experience.
